ABOUT WOLF
Wolf provide a wide range of fishing products and accessories, aimed specifically at carp anglers. With a range of technology-led products, they aim to design, manufacture and supply quality devices to a tech-savvy audience, via a nationwide distribution network.
Wolf’s new alarm range ‘Icon’ has military grade electronics, state-of-the-art technology, advanced features, developed and produced in the United Kingdom. The design process has been an immersive one, taking years to develop each function of the ICON alarm and HUBB. The range brings ground-breaking design and technology to the specialist angler.
AN ICON IS BORN
Our brief was to create an exciting logo and brand for Wolf’s new innovative range of bankside technology.
The chosen logo design was inspired by the thought of fish circulating in a lake. The three fish like elements join together to create the ‘O’ of the word Icon, which also resembles a button to reflect easy control of the technology. To support the logo we created USP icons that pull out the main advantages of the range, and individual product logos for each device on offer.
The final brand was rolled out across posters, magazine advertising, corporate stationery including a letterhead, compliments slip and business cards as well as animated logos, clothing, packaging and a fully-responsive website.
To launch the range, we designed social media content for Instagram and Facebook, showing the products in use ‘on the bank’, pulling out product specific selling points. The result is a striking, dynamic, product-centric brand, fitting of Wolfs’ innovation.
