Create Onsight were commissioned to create a logo and brand for 33 Parkside to appeal to students who are seeking high-end, luxurious accommodation in the centre of Coventry. The chosen logo is simple, stylish and eye-catching with a tone similar to a boutique hotel or spa. The brand colours of gold, black and grey speak of luxury and sophistication drawing comparisons to the quality of the facilities, service and living accommodation within the newly built 33 Parkside building.
Create Onsight also designed and produced an animated logo and show reel which was shared across YouTube and social media to help sell the accommodation in advance of the start of term. An event guide was also designed, print and distributed to students with information ranging from meetings and workshops to social events and wellbeing.
